Il Ristorante - Niko Romito welcomes the season with new menus for summer, artfully executed by Resident Head Chef, Mauro Aloisio. Exceptional ingredients are the star, with highlights including Shima-ebi prawns, green beans, sea urchin and peach from Yamanashi.
