This past July, three young Bolivians had the opportunity to apprentice with Chef Niko Romito to learn breadmaking in Italy. A continuation of Bulgari and Save the Children’s Youth Empowerment Program in Bolivia, the collaboration followed a weeklong program that took place last October.
