Fashion photography has now gone beyond the simple presentation of product lines. Today, fashion photography reflects on the reality of our lives, explores our aspirations and always pushes the boundaries of creativity. Beyond Fashion showcases the work of acclaimed fashion photographers from around the world, with work by Nick Knight, Peter Lindbergh, Viviane Sassen, Paolo Roversi, Miles Aldridge and Ellen von Unwerth. Divided into four sections: Allure, Fantasy, Realism and Surrealism, the exhibition tells the story of how fashion photography became more than a commercial device and evolved into an art form in its own right. Over 100 photographs, a section of the exhibition is dedicated to moving images, highlighting the importance of cinema in today's fashion imagination.
