At Bvlgari Hotel Roma, Easter comes to life as an expression of history, Italian tradition, and the Bvlgari spirit of Mani Intelligenti
Introducing the Uovo Calla. This traditional chocolate Easter egg reimagined by Maître Chocolatier Gianluca Fusto embodies the essence of Bvlgari in its artistry, craftsmanship, and overall excellence. Crafted from fine ingredients like almonds, hazelnut, raspberry, and dried fruit, it cracks open to reveal a beautiful surprise.
The Uovo Calla is inspired by the Calla-shaped motif of the Baths of Caracalla, which also serves as the inspiration for Blvgari Divas’ Dream collection. The fan shape is embossed on the packaging as well, making it a stunning gift or addition to any Easter celebration.
Chef Niko Romito leans into the traditions of an Italian Easter with his La Colomba cake. Light and airy thanks to a sourdough starter and unique fermenting process, it's scented with citrus and honey, and flavoured with vanilla and almond praline. Beautiful for giving or keeping for one's own Easter celebration, the cake is packaged in a sleek gift box embossed with the logo of the Maison and the repeating Calla-shape that is a hallmark of Bvlgari. Inspired by the Baths of Caracalla, it is also the motif seen in Bvlgari's Divas' Dream collection.
