Decorated with a fan-shaped motif inspired by the Baths of Caracalla, it’s crafted with almond, raspberry, dried fruit, crunchy hazelnuts, cocoa powder, and a touch of salt. It cracks open to reveal a surprise. The Colomba cake takes the airy dessert and transforms it into a melt-in-the-mouth delicacy with aromas of vanilla, citrus, and honey flavours. Each one offers a modern, elevated interpretation of Easter traditions, and is perfect for gifting.
