米其林星級行政主廚Luca Fantin料理的菜餚,總是將味道和美感的絕妙平衡拿捏得恰到好處:美麗的擺盤和濃烈的香味向眼睛和鼻子做出宣示,你的味蕾即將展開一場美妙旅程。他充滿創意的料理是當代義大利美食的最佳詮釋,即使用高級的當季食材、精細的技術和充滿美感的創造力。

每一道菜都是獨特的創作,融入了主廚的豐富料理經驗。主廚曾在許多知名餐廳任職,諸如 Cracco 餐廳、米其林三星主廚Gualtiero Marchesi開設的 Osteria dell’Orso餐廳、Akèlarre餐廳和Mugaritz餐廳。在前來東京Bvlgari銀座塔擔任行政主廚之前,他曾在羅馬 La Pergola 餐廳擔任副主廚。目前,Luca Fatin為日本米其林一星級的義大利主廚,他還榮獲義大利美食家指南「Identitá Golose」2015年「全球最佳義大利主廚」殊榮。
