Easter Sunday is celebrated Italian style at Bvlgari Hotel Paris, where the Uovo Calla chocolate egg and La Colomba cake bring tradition to the table. Maître Chocolatier Gianluca Fusto’s egg is crafted with fine ingredients like almond, hazelnut, raspberry, and dried fruit. When the shell is broken, a surprise is revealed.
In another triumph of culinary expertise, Chef Niko Romito’s Colomba cake is executed with an airy lightness and features complex aromas of citrus and honey, vanilla and almond praline.
The Uovo Calla is inspired by the fan-shaped motif of the Baths of Caracalla, which also serves as the inspiration for Blvgari Divas’ Dream collection. Both desserts are packaged in gift boxes embossed with the motif.
