Bangunan yang akan menjadi Bvlgari Hotel Miami Beach pada awalnya dirancang sebagai hotel oleh arsitek Miami Albert Anis pada akhir 1950-an, sebagai bagian dari gerakan Modernis kota, dan pemugarannya akan diawasi oleh firma arsitektur Italia Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel.
