The menu explores Italy's culinary heritage through an essential, contemporary lens, with dishes designed to encourage sharing while remaining true to Chef Niko Romito's philosophy of rigorous ingredient selection and the pursuit of the purest expression of flavour.
The experience is completed by interiors redesigned by ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, where warm materials, intimate proportions, and carefully considered spaces create an atmosphere that encourages conversation and conviviality.
