经典的意大利节日风情萦绕北京宝格丽酒店,节日的韵味以华美之姿徐徐展开。名为“Uovo Calla”的巧克力蛋,灵感源自卡拉卡拉浴场,由巧克力大师 Gianluca Fusto 匠心打造。蛋壳表面饰有扇形图案,这一元素亦见于宝格丽 Divas' Dream 系列珠宝作品。光滑的巧克力外壳中融入了杏仁、覆盆子与干果的芬芳,内里则藏着香脆榛子、可可粉与一抹海盐的微妙平衡。另一款经典之作,则来自意大利星厨 Niko Romito 主厨的巧思,他对传统的“Colomba”鸽子蛋糕进行升级与重塑,赋予其非凡的轻盈口感与丰富层次。每一款甜点,皆是为分享与品鉴而生,是对历久弥新的精湛技艺的现代演绎。
