The ancient vibrations of Xi'an drums

Traditional Xi'an drum music is played by an ancient orchestra. Xi'an was the starting point of the ancient Silk Road and one of the cities that contributed more than others to the birth of Chinese civilization. Capital of the Tang Dynasty, Xi'an witnessed the cultural prosperity of the famous ancient dynasty. The performance scheduled at 31 New Bund introduces audiences to traditional Xi'an drum music, with modern-style instrumental choir pieces, and compositions that incorporate elements of electronic music. The concert will take place in a stage with Tang-style settings and costumes to create a dreamlike atmosphere.
