A sensitive observer, Rinko Kawauchi is a photographer who captures with the lens of her camera the "poetry of everyday life", made of fragility, mystery and brilliance of existence. The exhibition features works from two different series. M/E (where "M/E" stands for "Mother Earth") is a tribute to nature and natural landscapes captured during Kawauchi's trip to Iceland in 2019 mixed with images of the artist's daily life and winter in Hokkaido. An interlinking is instead a long-term series that has lasted 20 years, documenting Kawauchi's daily life. An art that crosses life, time and perception and offers a visual diary full of warmth.
