The ritual begins with a 30-minute Recovery Suite session that combines sauna heat, cold immersion, and breathwork to awaken the body and release tension. Led by a Workshop Trainer, it's a purposeful thermal activation that prepares the body for profound calm. This is followed by a 60-minute session in the dry flotation Sleep Suite, which suspends the body in a state of weightlessness, allowing the nervous system to settle in both mind and body. Those who book the ritual will also receive full access to the award-winning Spa.
