Claus Guth Brings Puccini's La Bohème to the Moon

A new production of Giacomo Puccini’s La Bohème, directed by Claus Guth. This contemporary interpretation sets the story in a dystopian future, offering a visual and conceptual reinterpretation of the classic opera. The musical direction is entrusted to Domingo Hindoyan, while the set design is by Étienne Pluss, the costumes by Eva Dessecker and the lighting by Fabrice Kebour. The international cast includes Nicole Car and Yaritza Véliz as Mimì, Charles Castronovo and Joshua Guerrero as Rodolfo, Andrea Carroll as Musetta, Étienne Dupuis as Marcello, Xiaomeng Zhang as Schaunard and Alexandros Stavrakakis as Colline.
