A much-loved tradition from across the Channel gets a continental update with Chef Niko Romito and Bvlgari Hotel Paris’ festive reimagining of the classic British Afternoon Tea. Christmas Celebrations

At Il Ristorante - Niko Romito, two menus capture the wonder and joy of the holidays. First, the Christmas Eve Menu delights with elevated dishes. The dinner ends on a jubilant note, infused with the sweetness of Italian traditions, expressed through iconic desserts including Chef Niko Romito's Panettone and bomba petit fours.

 

On Christmas Day, the mood is spirited and convivial, with a special Christmas Brunch of hot and cold dishes as well as a luxurious dessert room. For Dinner or Brunch, each occasion represents the pinnacle of magnificent culinary craftsmanship and takes place in an elegant and festive setting, making it a brilliant centrepiece for your Festive Season.

New Year's Celebrations

The New Year is a moment for unbridled magnificence at Bvlgari Hotel Paris. First, Il Ristorante - Niko Romito's New Year's Menu invites guests to celebrate and savour with iconic dishes like oysters and champagne, Oscietra caviar, white truffles, crab, and lobster. For a more casual experience, guests can choose the sharing dinner at the Bvlgari Bar, which begins with oysters and features a journey of hot and cold dishes to discover as the clock makes its way to midnight.

 

On New Year's Day, a special Brunch invites families and friends to gather over a selection of hot and cold dishes as well as a signature dessert room.

Il Panettone

A labour of love and devotion, the signature Panettone is crafted in Chef Niko Romito's Laboratorio – his center for artisanal baking in Castel di Sangro, in the Abruzzo region.

 

Delicately infused with apricot and organic Bourbon vanilla, it is made from the finest ingredients: honey, citrus fruits, noble flours, and a Sicilian almond emulsion that replaces some of the butter. Its light, airy texture is achieved through a meticulous process involving four kneading phases and three fermentations, followed by a traditional upside-down cooling to preserve its perfect shape.

 

Presented in a refined metal tin, this limited-edition creation is the ultimate gourmet gift for the holiday season.
