L'Estate Italiana is more than a seasonal designation, it's an iconic expression of the Italian art of living. The spirit is one of shared traditions and shared pleasures, those delightful moments spent with family and friends. Beginning 25th June, L'Estate Italiana comes to Shanghai, transforming La Terrazza into a new concept created with award-winning Roman chef Pier Daniele Seu. Served on the open-air rooftop space of La Terrazza, the menu features eight pizzas, comprising both traditional combinations and contemporary innovations, all made with the finest ingredients including an exquisite dough the outstanding lightness of which is achieved as the result of a 30-hour maturation period.
