Set to open in 2030, the seaside property will be home to 60 Rooms and Suites, 30 beachside Villas and 90 exceptional residential Mansions. Set on a private island, it is accessible via bridge or by boat from the Marina, and provides easy access to Abu Dhabi’s flourishing arts scene and prestigious institutions. Construction and design of the resort will be entrusted to Milanese architectural firm ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, while Milanese firm LAND srl will be in charge of creating a visionary landscape. Resonating with Italian artistry and Arabian tradition, and designed as a living canvas, the Resort is surrounded by dunes, gardens and sculpted natural structures. Those familiar with the world of Bvlgari Hotels and Resorts will recognize signature dining and lifestyle experiences like Il Ristorante - Niko Romito, Japanese dining concept Hōseki, a refined Turkish restaurant, La Spiaggia restaurant, the Bvlgari Bar, and the Yacht Club. The Resort will also be home to Il Caffè, the Bvlgari Dolci boutique, and curated boutique La Galleria.
The property features 90 Mansions ranging from 3,660 to 7,120 square metres, all featuring direct beach frontage, floor-to-ceiling windows, expansive terraces, and serene gardens offering spectacular views of the sea, city, or private cove, with a design blending contemporary international architecture with local influences.
