Conceived as a travelling project across the collection, it debuts at Bvlgari Hotel Milano on 18th April, followed by Bvlgari Hotel Roma in May, before reaching other destinations worldwide. In collaboration with renowned pizzaiolo Pier Daniele Seu, this concept merges artisanal skill, elegant design, and refined conviviality, embodying the Italian Art of Living.
The menu features eight pizzas, including Chef Seu's signature creations and exclusive recipes for this project. From classic Margherita DOP to contemporary innovations like Variazione di Zucchine, Indiavolata, Formaggi e Limone, and Cocktail di Gamberi, each pizza offers a shared gastronomic experience, fostering discovery and conversation—a core tenet of the chef's philosophy.
