In September of 2021, Devy Ferdianto, master printer and artist with over thirty years of experience, decided to found the DEVFTO Printmaking Institute in Bali. It is a new centre intended to support the development of printing and Indonesian fine arts in general. Situated in the SIKA Gallery in Ubud, the studio, open to the public and art collectors, works in tight contact with artists in creating numbered reprints using ink on paper and other various techniques, such as cyano-typing, copper engraving, etching, silk-screening, mono-typing and lithography. A location which is also a gallery where the artists can also exhibit their works.
A collection fit for a king at the Buleleng museum
A particular museum, intended to preserve the cultural heritage of Northern Bali and whose collection, consisting of statues, sarcophagi, weapons and other relics, is mainly due to donations from the family of King Buleleng Ki Gusti Anglurah Panji Sakti.
