Introducing the new culinary concept by Chef Niko Romito at the Bulgari Yacht Club Restaurant. Devoted to seafood, the new menu is inspired by the trattorias of the Adriatic Coast and represents a milestone moment for the Dubai culinary world. Channeling a Mediterranean sense of place, the centrepiece of the restaurant is the grill, which uses wood and charcoal to impart a smoky flavour to fresh seafood and enrich classic dishes, which range from raw bar favourites to the “Grande Antipasto di Pesce”, pastas like “Linguine alle vongole veraci” and “Risotto alla marinara”.
