تمارس التاي تشي، وهي مستوحاة من التقاليد القديمة لفنون القتال، في الصين منذ عهد أسرة يوان منذ حوالي سبعة قرون. وتغمر ورشة العمل التي تستغرق ساعة ونصف، المعروفة بفوائدها الصحية، الضيوف بهذا النموذج الفني بحيث يلعبون دور معلم  التاي تشي في نهاية التجربة.
