S’inspirant de la tradition londonienne, le Chef Niko Romito et le Bulgari Hotel Paris lancent le nouveau Tea Time. Version continentale du classique Afternoon Tea, l’expérience débute avec un scone à l’orange accompagné de mascarpone, miel et confiture, et se poursuit avec trois bouchées salées – dont l’incontournable Bomba au vitello tonnato – et cinq bouchées sucrées. Ces pâtisseries miniatures imaginées par le Chef Guillaume Smagghe incluent entre-autres un Cannolo, un Baba au café, une Tartelette Mimosa ainsi que d’autres douceurs saisonnières.
Paris : Une tradition incontournable fait ses débuts au Bvlgari Hotel Paris.
