On Christmas Eve, the tradition of La Vigilia inspires special menus at the Yacht Clvb Restaurant and Il Ristorante – Niko Romito, celebrating Italian flavors through seafood specialties and seasonal creations. Mediterranean-inspired dining at Il Caffè, an à la carte experience overlooking the Arabian Gulf at La Spiaggia, and an exclusive Japanese Omakase at Hōseki complete the evening.
On Christmas Day, the celebrations continue with Italian specialties at the Yacht Clvb Restaurant, a festive brunch at Il Caffè, and a special dinner conceived by Chef Niko Romito at the two-MICHELIN-starred Il Ristorante. At Hōseki, Chef Masahiro Sugiyama presents an Omakase experience dedicated to the finest seasonal ingredients from Japan.
