Bvlgari Hotel Milano’s 100-square-foot wellness floor also offers a series of exclusive Wellness Retreats, designed to enrich the overall experience for mind and body. Comprising unique six-hour holistic journeys, with a different theme each month, each one immerses guests in completely personalized care, beginning with a fitness session and followed by specialized and targeted treatments.
The themes for Autumn include: September offers Chakra Aura Colours, which includes Animal Flow movement, time on the Pilates Reformer, dry sauna, gemstone massage, and a chakra-inspired lunch. Guests also receive a Colour Analysis and finish with LED Therapy hair treatment. October immerses guests in Aqua Rebalance, which features aromatherapy, shiatsu, and a Watsu aquatic session to promote muscle release. This is followed by a Magnesium bath, dark cacao refreshments, head massage and Silken Elixir hair treatment. As November gets underway, the Wellness Shift takes place, which features precision training geared toward ski season, a decompression ritual, dry sauna, hydrotherapy in a sweet orange-scented jacuzzi, deep renewal massage, BIOME facial to rebalance, and hydrating hair treatment. As the holidays approach, December offers The Cold Cure, beginning with a coffee ritual served in the Bvlgari Spa, mindful breathing, and cold plunge. This is followed by light breakfast, craniosacral therapy, and a holistic detox and blow dry.
