Created as a journey across Italy, Afternoon Tea offers classic regional dishes and dolci. Sweet and savoury are both represented, equally spectacular sides of the same coin. Sweets include Pastiera from southern Italy; Zeppole di San Giuseppe from Naples; and Maritozzo from Rome, while savoury bites comprise a diverse range from sea bass with caviar and sour cream to button shrimp in crispy pastry and even mini burgers.

The tea service is available during four distinct times, each designed to offer a unique experience. From 12:00 to 13:45 and 18:00 to 19:45, the focus is on savoury course, designed to pair with wine or an aperitivo. From 14:00 to 15:45 and 16:00 to 17:45, the Afternoon Tea features Italian dolci.
