Cakes are the result of the meticulous collaboration between Niko Romito and Executive Pastry Chef Katsuya Giko and include the Pasticceria Mignon, stunning individual portion desserts that are beautifully wrapped for gifting.

Created as a journey across Italy, Afternoon Tea offers classic regional dishes and dolci. Sweet and savoury are both represented, equally spectacular sides of the same coin. Sweets include Pastiera from southern Italy; Zeppole di San Giuseppe from Naples; and Maritozzo from Rome, while savoury bites comprise a diverse range from sea bass with caviar and sour cream to button shrimp in crispy pastry and even mini burgers.
