Chef Gabriele Gervasi brings a wealth of experience to his new position as ____ at Bvlgari Hotel Rome. His focus has predominantly been Italian cuisine, earning his diploma at ALMA, the International School of Italian Cuisine before assuming roles at top restaurants including Il Ristorante - Niko Romito in Rome and Dubai and the three-Michelin-starred Georges Blanc in France. Chef Gabriele currently serves as Chef de Cuisine in Rome for Bulgari Hotels & Resorts, having previously held the titles of Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef within the same group. One of his essential strengths is the cohesiveness of his culinary identity, honed in environments of exacting rigour and creativity. Throughout his journey, he has grown from an operational chef to a true leader in the kitchen, bringing with him a strong point of view and technical expertise.
