Il Ristorante - Niko Romito at Bulgari Hotel Shanghai has been awarded Two Forks by arbiter of Italian cuisine Gambero Rosso. The group releases its rankings of Top Italian Restaurants each year, and has recognized Chef Niko and his team for his distinctive concept, which puts a contemporary spin on the classic "Made in Italy" approach. Chef Niko works closely with Sous Chef Giuseppe Borrelli to ensure seamless execution of his recipes and methods at the Shanghai location of his eponymous restaurant.
