Hailing from Bergamo, Italy's Da Vittorio, which has three Michelin stars, Cerea is a world renowned chef and known for his captivating and dynamic approach. Chef Luca Fantin, meanwhile, is known for his scintillating dialogue between Eastern and Western cuisine.
