Though the space incorporates Japanese design elements like the curved wood ceiling, the menu is classic Niko Romito with its contemporary expression of authentic Italian cuisine. Dishes such as Antipasto all’Italiana and Cotoletta alla Milanese capture the elegance and artistry of Chef’s Made in Italy approach, and establish new codes for a modern canon of Italian culture.

Three ballrooms are ideal for hosting business or any occasion, either festive or formal. From intimate gatherings to larger ones, beautifully-appointed accommodations set an elegant tone. Carpeting in the ballrooms features a geometric pattern inspired by the floor of the Pantheon in Rome. Shaped like a half star, the crystal light fixtures reflect in the mirror to evoke Bvlgari’s eight-pointed star.
