Situated in the open-air space of La Terrazza, set within Il Giardino, it brings the art of Italian living to Beijing.Developed in collaboration with Pier Daniele Seu, an acclaimed pizzaiolo and one of the most innovative voices in contemporary pizza, the concept is centered on his signature dough, which is the results of some 30 hours of controlled maturation.
