Sangkar Restaurant

Bvlgari’s all-day restaurant, Sangkar—is located on the highest point of the cliff’s edge, allowing expansive Indian Ocean views from the captivating terrace. The indoor dining room, decorated in a refined Balinese style, features a collection of hanging sculptural Balinese rooster cages—from which the Restaurant takes its name—used as light pendants. A prodigious teak wood and copper nail artwork commissioned from local artist Made Wianta is the striking backdrop of the room together with a dramatic, rich vaulted wood ceiling.
Open all day, Sangkar offers elevated authentic Balinese and Indonesian cuisine.
Lunch and dinner menus take diners on a culinary journey through Indonesia with dishes including a Balinese salad of pomelo, soft shell crab and green beans, grilled local pink snapper with Balinese morning glory and sambal dabu-dabu, braised beef cheek in Indonesian spices, coconut milk, cassava leaves, eggplant and sambal hijau.
At Sangkar, breakfast is available throughout the day, and features bountiful multi-course spreads influenced by several different cultures including Balinese, as well as a la carte options and decadent specialties such as a lobster omelette.
