Crafted with the finest Italian ingredients and made with a dough that takes some 30 hours to mature, each pizza is emblematic of the Italian art of living. Il Gelato brings the sweet taste of tradition to Bvlgari Resort Bali, introducing gelato carts featuring handcrafted flavors from Michelin-starred Chef Niko Romito. Made with the freshest ingredients, each one is beautifully composed, a simple ritual to please guests of all ages. The experience evokes the timeless pleasure of an Italian summer, and is the perfect complement to a day at the Resort. The iconic cart is stationed between The Bvlgari Bar and the Serpenti Pool Club, so that guests may take a gelato break any time they wish.
