Gelato is a passion in Italy: a simple pleasure tied to complex craftsmanship, it's a ritual for Italians of all ages, as they gather in their town's piazzas to share a moment of sweetness. Now, its joys have come to Dubai, where a new Il Gelato kiosk, will be open daily all year round. Channelling the local squares of Italy, it features tables and chairs for lingering on a sunny afternoon or as part of an evening stroll. Guests will find classic flavours like chocolate, vanilla, and hazelnut as well as Italian favourites like granite and sorbetti. All are crafted under the direction of Chef Niko Romito, who sources the finest ingredients and uses time-honoured techniques to reimagine one of Italy's most essential treats.
