From October 24 to 26, 2025 the Grand Palais will host the second edition of Art Basel Paris, an event that strengthens the French capital’s role within the global art system. Under the iconic glass vault of the Nef, 206 galleries from around the world - including 63 based in France - will present a panorama that brings together market, research and experimentation. The fair unfolds in three sections. Galleries presents the core of exhibitors’ programs, Emergence showcases new talents, and Premise hosts independent curatorial projects. Alongside, a rich public program spreads across nine symbolic locations in the city, with installations and performances that turn Paris into a shared platform for galleries, institutions and creative industries. The 2025 edition also features Oh La La!, curated by Loïc Prigent, exploring the dialogue between art and pop culture. The Ateliers d’art of the GrandPalaisRmn will present a new work by Camille Henrot for the Chalcographie du Louvre, highlighting the connection between artisanal tradition and contemporary languages. This continuity underscores the link between the vitality of the market and the historical legacy of French institutions. Art Basel Paris is not merely a commercial showcase but a place where diverse artistic experiences meet. The fair reaffirms Paris as a hub capable of combining the weight of its tradition with a forward-looking vision, embracing the tensions and transformations shaping contemporary art today.
