Pizza Bar - Pier Daniele Seu brings the celebrated collaboration between Bvigari and the internationally acclaimed Roman chef to a dedicated open counter experience on the outdoor terrazza. Having worked with Bvigari Resort Dubai since 2020, Pier Daniele Seu's approach has earned the restaurant recognition as the 16th best pizzeria in Asia Pacific by 50 Top Pizza 2025, a distinction that speaks to the quality and consistency of his pizzas. The menu celebrates tradition and seasonality, featuring Seu classics alongside two seasonal pizzas that change each month, as well as the chef's playful interpretation of the Pizza Dolce.

Il Gelato by Chef Niko Romito transitions from its traditional kiosk format into an iconic cart, fully integrated within La Terrazza for the duration of the summer. Curatorial chef of Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts and chef of the three-Michelin-starred Reale in Abruzzo, Romito presents freshly made Italian gelato crafted from fresh milk and natural ingredients. In addition to timeless favourites like Pistacchio, Nocciola and Cioccolato, the cart will evolve throughout the season with limited edition flavors inspired by Italy's rich regional heritage.
