Il Ristorante - Niko Romito 自开业以来已连续两年荣获米其林一星,餐厅位于酒店 40 层,室内可容纳 62 人,室外 34 人。餐厅融合了弧形木质天花板等日式设计元素,但主厨 Niko Romito 精心打造的菜单依然以现代手法诠释地道的意大利料理。Antipasto all’Italiana(意大利开胃菜)和 Cotoletta alla Milanese(米兰风味小牛排)等菜肴,展现了主厨“意大利制造”的优雅与艺术气质,为现代意大利文化树立了新的风范。

Niko Romito大厨的简历

Il Ristorante - Niko Romito 的主创大厨 Niko Romito 将其卓越才华与艺术创意带入宝格丽酒店及度假村,在迪拜、北京、上海、米兰、巴黎、东京和罗马等地树立了意大利餐饮的新典范。他出生于意大利中部阿布鲁佐地区,始终坚守故土传统,同时以大胆而简约的手法重塑意大利风味,革新了经典美食的传统。在与宝格丽酒店及度假村合作前,他自营餐厅 Reale 曾因其极具表现力的现代意大利料理获得米其林三星殊荣。

Niko 大厨以其在意大利美食领域的精准与造诣著称,为宝格丽酒店及度假村专门打造的创新餐饮理念确立了意大利料理的新标准,聚焦于核心食材和独特风味,充分展现“意大利制造”的文化、优雅与活力。

他不仅亲自设计菜单,还亲自培训全球 Il Ristorante - Niko Romito 各地餐厅主厨,并持续担任顾问,监督每家餐厅厨房的专业水准与一致性。

Chef Mauro Aloisio

常驻主厨 - MAURO ALOISIO

出生于米兰的 Mauro Aloisio 主厨曾就读于圣佩莱格里诺学院(San Pellegrino Institute),毕业后在瑞士圣莫里茨的巴德鲁特皇宫酒店(Badrutt’s Palace Hotel)工作了五年。2009 年,他回到米兰,先后在米兰宝格丽酒店、Armani/Nobu 餐厅及柏悦酒店的米其林二星餐厅 VUN Andrea Aprea 这三家餐厅的厨房积累了八年经验。

之后,Mauro 主厨曾在日内瓦四季酒店的米其林星级餐厅 IL LAGO 任职,继而前往上海掌管 Il Ristorante - Niko Romito,该餐厅在他任期内获得米其林一星。在赴上海之前,Mauro 主厨曾加入阿布鲁佐的 Niko Romito 学院,与 Niko Romito 主厨共事,以更深入理解其现代意大利美食的理念、愿景和哲学。

Perched atop the Hotel on its 45th floor is The Bvlgari Bar, from which guests can experience the enchantments of a Mediterranean garden surrounded by Tokyo's skyline. Set between two rooftop terraces, The Bvlgari Bar is conceived of like an old pavillon in a historical Italian garden: in the summer, the doors can be opened to create a seamless flow from inside to out. With a huge cast iron-and-granite fireplace as its centrepiece, the 40th-floor Bvlgari Lounge is a richly textured aerie complete with wood-panelled walls and a coffered ceiling. Opening onto the Terrace, it’s the perfect spot to gather for light bites, Afternoon Tea or Chef’s famous Pasticceria.
