On 17 December 2025, Rod Stewart will perform at the Etihad Arena in Abu Dhabi, in what will be his only date in the United Arab Emirates. The concert is part of the international tour accompanying the release of Swing Fever, his recent musical project created in collaboration with Jools Holland. Born in London in 1945, Stewart is regarded as one of the most distinctive voices in British Rock. After his early career in the 1960s, marked by collaborations with Jeff Beck and success with the Faces, he embarked on a solo career that has spanned more than six decades, blending elements of Rock, Folk, Soul and Pop. Songs such as Maggie May, Sailing, and Da Ya Think I'm Sexy? topped international charts, establishing Stewart as a performer capable of combining rhythmic energy with personal storytelling. His raspy, instantly recognizable voice has become a stylistic hallmark, while his live performances have built a lasting bond with audiences around the world. Inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and knighted by Queen Elizabeth II in 2016, Stewart has continued over the years to explore new musical languages, maintaining a strong presence in both the recording industry and on the concert stage.
