The Bvlgari Bar

Perched atop the Hotel on its 45th floor is The Bvlgari Bar, from which guests can experience the enchantments of a Mediterranean garden surrounded by Tokyo's skyline. Set between two rooftop terraces, The Bvlgari Bar is conceived of like an old pavillon in a historical Italian garden: in the summer, the doors can be opened to create a seamless flow from inside to out. The bar seats 47 inside and 62 outside.

Pizza Bar - Pier Daniele Seu

An inspired collaboration between Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo and award-winning Chef Pier Daniele Seu brings the pleasure of pizza to the heart of the city. Offered at the rooftop Bvlgari Bar, the Pizza Bar - Pier Daniele Seu is a colorful culinary journey fusing design, craft, and one of Italy's best-loved traditions. The experience is complemented by a curated selection of Franciacorta wines from Bellavista, alongside a cocktail offering developed exclusively for the Pizza Bar - Pier Daniele Seu by Head of Mixology Andrea Minarelli. Comprising eight options, both classic and contemporary, each pizza is an irresistible celebration of the Italian Art of Living, and the perfect accompaniment to Tokyo's most dazzling rooftop destination.

The Aperitivo

The Bvlgari Bar menu comprises classic Italian cocktails and beverages, along with simple dishes that can be enjoyed all day long. For aperitivo, Chef Niko’s Bar Bites; focaccia with tomato, Parmigiano Reggiano and basil; toast with home-made bread, ham and Fontina cheese; or his signature Bomba, a fried dough with savoury and sweet gourmet fillings are the perfect pairing for drinks.

Reservations are accepted until 3.00 pm. Thereafter, we are pleased to accommodate guests on a walk-in basis, subject to availability.
In‑house guests enjoy priority access.

 

External Guest Policy

From 6.00 pm, The Bvlgari Bar welcomes guests aged 20 and above.
