A new collaboration between Bvlgari Resort Bali and award-winning Chef Pier Daniele Seu brings the pleasure of pizza to Bali. Inspired by the easy elegance and conviviality of L'Estate Italiana, Pizza Bar - Pier Daniele Seu is at The Bvlgari Bar all season long. Crafted with the finest Italian ingredients and made with a dough matured for some 30 hours, each pizza is emblematic of the Italian art of living.

Hailing from Rome, Chef Pier Daniele Seu is recognized as one of the leading voices in contemporary pizza. Rooted in tradition and driven by innovation, he was named Pizza Chef of the Year in 2019 by 50 Top Pizza, and his acclaimed Seu Pizza Illuminati in Rome ranks among the world’s finest pizzerias. His collaboration with Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts began in 2020 at Bvlgari Resort Dubai, and now extends across the collection via his Pizza Bar concept, which brings his contemporary vision to destinations around the world.
