The Bvlgari Yacht Clvb Lounge takes design cues from the world of sailing, featuring a sailboat-timber walkway, chrome parapets, a raised platform layout that resembles the interior of a ship, cream-leather seats inspired by Riva yachts, and crafted teak floors. It exudes the refined elegance of a private club, with a relaxed, nautical ambience. The library is filled with books for browsing, from classic titles to Bvlgari photo books — making it the perfect dryland destination to experience between sails, or anytime you need a place to connect in comfort.

L'Executive Chef Dario Abbate mette i suoi 15 anni di esperienza in ambito culinario al servizio del ruolo di Executive Chef al Bvlgari Resort Dubai. Nato in Italia e formatosi in Francia, lo Chef Dario ha iniziato la sua carriera in un ristorante parigino a una stella Michelin, prima di fare ritorno in Italia per perfezionare la sua esperienza nella cucina locale. Da Sorrento a Roma e Milano, ha lavorato e guidato in alcune delle cucine più prestigiose del Paese, per poi guidarle. Dopo dieci anni dedicati allo studio delle tecniche e delle tradizioni del suo paese d'origine, lo Chef Abbate si è trasferito in Medio Oriente nel 2016, ricoprendo diversi incarichi prestigiosi prima di assumere il suo ruolo più importante: quello di Executive Chef del Bvlgari Resort Dubai. Fondendo oriente e occidente, esperienza consolidata nel tempo e approccio moderno, la passione dello Chef Abbate per il sapore e la maestria si manifesta in ogni piatto.
