Incorporating foam rollers and yoga sequences, the stretch session will take place in the gym or on the terrace, weather permitting. Open to guests of all ages, it's great for families, singles and couples, and helps cultivate a clear, positive mindset, as well as a burst of energy to carry you through the day.
