On 28th February 2026, women in mixology will be the focus of a one-night-only event at The Bvlgari Bar Tokyo. For this upcoming edition of Symposia, guest bartender Taki Li of Hong Kong's famed Bar Leone will collaborate with Andrea Minarelli, Head of Mixology at The Bvlgari Bar to create a special collection of cocktails available just for the evening. Ranked No. 1 in The World's 50 Best Bars 2025 and Asia's 50 Best Bars 2025, Bar Leone is recognised as one of the most influential and innovative destinations in the world of cocktail culture, with Taki Li considered a leader not just among women in mixology but throughout the field.
