It is our pleasure to announce that Bulgari Resort Dubai’s Hōseki has been named 26th on the list of Middle East and North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants 2023. A minimalist jewel box of a restaurant with just nine seats, Hōseki offers a unique omakase experience, featuring Chef Masahiro Sugiyama’s daily changing preparations. As a 6th generation sushi master from Tokyo, Chef brings 160 years of family experience to his vision. With his culinary technique and close relationships with the finest Japanese fish markets, he invites guests on a distinctive journey with every dinner.
 
Hōseki was ranked 44th on last year’s list — the first ever — so this year’s designation represents a move of 18 spots.
