The Bulgari Bar in Tokyo is hosting the latest installment of the Symposia cocktail series this 21st of March, welcoming Mr. Demie Kim from Seoul's Zest bar. Ranked number 5 among Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023 and 18 among the World’s 50 Best Bars 2023, Zest is known for sustainable cocktails that use ingredients from local farms and producers. Guests can look forward to sampling such drinks as the Z&T and Sikhye Milk Punch.
