At Bvlgari Hotel Milano, Pizza Bar - Pier Daniele Seu offers a contemporary interpretation of one of Italy’s most iconic culinary traditions.

 

Developed in collaboration with Pier Daniele Seu, an acclaimed pizzaiolo among the most innovative voices in contemporary pizza, the concept is centered on his signature dough, obtained after 30 hours of controlled maturation. Light and airy, it supports a selection of carefully sourced Italian ingredients, combined to create balanced and expressive flavor profiles.

 

The menu features eight pizzas, from refined interpretations of Italian classics, including the Margherita DOP, to more contemporary creations such as Variazione di Zucchine, Indiavolata, Formaggi e Limone and Cocktail di Gamberi.

 

Conceived to be shared, each pizza reflects a sense of conviviality, where the table becomes a moment of exchange.

 

The experience is complemented by a curated selection of Franciacorta wines from Bellavista, alongside a cocktail offering developed specifically for the Pizza Bar.
