Brunch is better with a view. Bvlgari Hotel Tokyo is pleased to announce the launch of the Sunday Brunch, beginning 13th April on the rooftop Bvlgari Bar. Iconic Italian lunch staples are reimagined by Chef Niko Romito in the most contemporary way, putting an elegant, visionary touch on such classic dishes as vitello tonnato, Napoli’s traditional pasta mista, beef tagliata, cannolo siciliano, and more. Set to the sounds of a live DJ, the ambience is relaxed yet refined — with a mix of buffet and à la carte offerings, perfect for gathering together and sharing in the conviviality of the Italian tradition.
