Situated in the open-air space of La Terrazza, set within Il Giardino, it brings the art of Italian living to Beijing.Developed in collaboration with Pier Daniele Seu, an acclaimed pizzaiolo and one of the most innovative voices in contemporary pizza, the concept is centered on his signature dough, which is the results of some 30 hours of controlled maturation. Light and airy, it supports a selection of carefully sourced Italian ingredients, combined to create balanced and expressive flavor profiles.Combined with the joys of three-Michelin-starred Chef Niko Romito's handcrafted Il Gelato, the menu celebrates the joys of L'Estate Italiana, or an Italian Summer, where conviviality, elegance, and fresh, vibrant flavours come together in the most effortless way.
