The Bvlgari Bar Tokyo and its Head of Mixology and Beverage Manager, Andrea Minarelli, will host two visionaries from the world of aperitifs and cocktails on Sunday, 11th May. Simone Rossi and Giancarlo Mancino are two of the world’s most celebrated bartenders, and creators of the Ratafia Rossi and Mancino Vermouth, respectively. The two will present iconic creations such as the Everyday Sour and Negroni in Anfora, offering guests an opportunity to discover how their signature aperitifs come to life in inventive and refined cocktails.
The Hotel has launched a new programme created by Workshop Gymnasium, where up to four guests are invited to stretch each morning.
