Created with award-winning Roman Chef Pier Daniele Seu, Pizza Bar - Pier Daniele Seu combines craft with conviviality, while Il Gelato invites guests to try handcrafted ice creams created by Michelin-starred Chef Niko Romito. Each ritual transports the spirit of L'Estate Italiana to a dramatic Indian Ocean setting.

The art of pizza

An authentic reimagination of one of Italy’s most-loved traditions, the collaboration between Bvlgari Resort Bali and award-winning Chef Pier Daniele Seu brings the pleasure of pizza to Bali. Served at The Bvlgari Bar, its the perfect accompaniment to Bali's famed sunset hour, an iconic way to bid farewell to the day set against a backdrop of painted skies and Indian Ocean views. Crafted with the finest Italian ingredients and made with a dough that takes some 30 hours to mature, each pizza is emblematic of the Italian art of living. Designed to be shared amongst friends and family, the menu reflects contemporary and traditional creations, each one capturing the simple pleasures of an Italian summer, with its effortlessly sublime moments of joy and conviviality.

Il Gelato brings the sweet taste of tradition to Bvlgari Resort Bali, introducing gelato carts featuring handcrafted flavors from Michelin-starred Chef Niko Romito. Made with the freshest ingredients, each one is beautifully composed, a simple ritual to please guests of all ages. The experience evokes the timeless pleasure of an Italian summer, and is the perfect complement to a day at the Resort. The iconic cart is stationed between The Bvlgari Bar and the Serpenti Pool Club, so that guests may take a gelato break any time they wish.
